Breakdown of The Meraki Method
The Meraki Method is an innovative, 6-month intensive program of study for adults who want to return to the piano. Our students have expressed various blocks to learning in the past, whether due to fears of failure or learning differences. The Meraki Method was designed to support learning at this level, to guide our adult students to success. The program focuses our students to learn independently - you sit at the piano whenever and however your schedule permits, there are no specific guidelines. What you get our of this program is closely tied to what you put in. With a balance of face to face (virtual) lessons and independent work, our students are able to overcome past traumas at the piano and experience exciting progress.
Included in Our Program:
- 60-minute virtual group lessons (1x monthly)
- Gamefied online lessons (ongoing)
- Music resources as needed
- Weekly Theory Worksheets
- Weekly Tecnic worksheets
- Ongoing communication with instructor as needed
- Sharing of information via online resources (video, etc) as needed
- Discounted access to published workshops and courses
The Meraki Method program is exclusive. Only accepting a small group of students each term allows us to fine tune to exactly what our students need, and allows us to monitor progress successfully. We have 3 levels of study: Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate.
Tuition for the entire 6-month program is $1200, payable online.
